Our principals have decades of experience in the transportation industry. They
have served as corporate officers of both public and privately-held motor
carriers. Our principals have the background to assist our shipper customers
not only with our technology and system architecture, but also with day-to-day
transportation and operation matters.
Ralph R. Joiner, Jr., Principal
Our Principal-in-Charge of Technology
has over 25 years of experience in transportation, logistics and system
design. He was responsible for the development of the first PC-based
software for rating freight bills over two decades ago while he served as
Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of a national motor carrier.
William R. Asbell, Jr., Principal
Our Principal-in-Charge of Finance
and Development, Bill is responsible for the day-to-day management of
the company and its continuing growth. He also serves as the
company's general counsel in charge of all legal and regulatory matters.
Bill has been employed in various senior management capacities in the
transportation sector, including Vice President and General Counsel of a
motor carrier, CFO of a publicly-held motor carrier, and Acting President
and CEO of a publicly-held motor carrier.
