Inbound Freight Management
Increasingly, the market is beginning to recognize that substantial savings are
available through a rather simple process of automating the selection of the
carrier to be used by vendors on inbound freight. AGO provides a simple web
interface to our customers' vendors that allows the vendor to enter shipment
information and informs the vendor of which carrier should be used for that
shipment based on our least-cost rating and routing capability. This technology
saves our customers from undisclosed markups from vendors shipping on a
"prepaid and add" basis.
