Dock Scheduling
The AGO Logistics Dock Scheduling Module
eliminates the disconnect that can easily occur between those individuals
in the organization arranging Truckload transportation with carriers and
the individuals on the dock needing to make sure that the correct freight
is available at the correct dock door at the correct time. The Dock
Scheduling Module is also integrated with the carrier performance
system to provide accurate management information when carriers fail to
show on time.
Supply Chain Visibility
Through our Inbound Vendor Freight Routing
Module, AGO customers can standardize the method by which vendors
generate Advance Shipment Notices (ASN's), and, as integrated with our
Carrier Service Standards Module, can know with a probability
exceeding 98% when to expect that shipment to arrive.
Custom Reporting and Management Oversight
During the design of each customer's Transportation Management System,
we explore the customer's needs for on-demand management reporting and integrate
those needs into the solution.
The level of participation in the logistics decision-making and execution
process can vary through the management hierarchy. During the design
process, we will explore the information requirements of the different
levels of management within a company, whether on a summary level, a
detail level, or an exception basis.
Integration
Integration of an enterprise's logistics execution processes
with the company's suppliers, carriers, customers and its own internal
systems can substantially reduce transaction costs and strategically align
